Gegründet 2024 in Zürich.

Goals for Schools

  • Opportunity for topic leadership

Method

The Students come into contact with different, experimental Design methods, created with state of art tools.

The Workshop is divided into three different working steps:

  • Impression:
    Informative and elementary introduction
  • Expression:
    Experimental phase
  • Modulation:
Content and form melt into the result

The working steps interlock with each other. At the end of each step, a critique of the results takes place in the plenary. The complexity of the content increases along the working steps.

Procedure

‹graphic.rodeo› as project enabler is taking up a current topic. It addresses this topic to both: The Partner as well as the School. The topic invites all participants to make their own contribution.

I. Preparation

  • The project will be dimensioned in consultation with all participants.
  • The Partner provides the necessary information.
  • ‹graphic.rodeo› prepares the contents for the lessons.
  • ‹graphic.rodeo› defines the media into the results are flowing to.
  • Before the workshop starts, an info event takes place. It introduces the subject and the project facility. It’s the first get together between the Students and the Partner.

II. Realisation

  • The workshop lasts one week.
  • It takes place in groups/classes.
  • The Workshop will be led by ‹graphic.rodeo› as lecturers and accompanied by the Partner.
  • The last day of the Workshop is dedicated to production and presentation.
  • At the presentation, the work will get reflected and discussed by the Partner.

III. Post-production

After the workshop, ‹graphic.rodeo› consolidates all created materials. It processes the results and puts them into a predefined format / medium, e.g. brochure, zine, newspaper, catalouge, poster, animation, etc.

happening

Finally a HAPPENING will take place: an event, an exhibition, an installation, a demonstration or a campaign
